How Does Our 3D Printing Product Development Process Work?
1. Requirement Review
We define the application, operating environment, dimensions, supply voltage, pressure, airflow or vacuum target, duty cycle, noise requirements, and expected quantity. A sketch, drawing, reference sample, or written description is enough to begin.
2. Component and Structure Planning
We evaluate the pump, tubing, fittings, power supply, controls, connectors, and enclosure, then plan the space needed for installation, routing, and assembly.
3. 3D CAD model
We create or refine a 3D CAD model and review mounting points, openings, clearances, tubing routes, and external dimensions. The design must support practical assembly, not just appearance.
4. 3D-Printed Prototype Production
After design approval, we 3D-print the required enclosure, cover, supports, pump mounts, brackets, or connector panels. The prototype enables hands-on evaluation before tooling.
5. Prototype Review and Revision
We review size, component fit, mounting, assembly sequence, tubing, and wiring. Required changes are then updated in the CAD model before tooling or another manufacturing process.

Why Use 3D Printing for Product Samples?
Production tooling usually requires a relatively stable design. Discovering a structural problem after tooling begins can increase both cost and development time.
A 3D-printed sample provides a practical way to check the product before making that commitment.

It can help verify:
