JSG miniature vacuum pumps use diaphragm or piston mechanisms to generate suction for compact OEM equipment. Select a micro vacuum pump by its delivered flow at the required vacuum, rather than by maximum vacuum or free-flow values alone.

• Working point: define the required vacuum, evacuation volume, tubing and filter resistance.
• Operating cycle: confirm evacuation time, holding leakage, restart conditions and permitted on/off times.
• Integration: compare the exact model voltage, dimensions, motor controls and compatibility with the gas being handled.
