Mini Pulsation Dampener Overview
The JSG mini pulsation dampener is a compact inline buffer for peristaltic pumps, diaphragm liquid pumps and other cyclic fluid systems. It helps moderate flow variation and pressure pulsation, supporting more stable downstream liquid delivery.
JSG008 and JSG016 provide two connection-size options. Different elastomer materials can be selected according to the liquid, temperature and operating conditions. The compact design is suitable for equipment with limited installation space.

Model Selection
Choose JSG008 for systems using 4 × 8 flexible hose or 2-fen rigid tube, especially where installation space is limited. Choose JSG016 for 6 × 10 flexible hose or 3-fen rigid tube when a larger connection size is required. Before selection, confirm the tubing dimensions, connection method, available installation space and actual operating conditions.
Dimensions and Installation
Use the JSG008 and JSG016 dimensional drawings to confirm the body size, port dimensions and mounting positions.
Install the dampener with the correct tubing size and prevent particles larger than 1 mm from entering. Confirm the liquid, temperature, working pressure and material compatibility before installation.
Operating Conditions
The damping result depends on the pump type, flow rate, working pressure, liquid properties, tubing and installation position. Test the selected model in the complete fluid system before mass production.
