Product Overview
The JSG18 series uses a roller-compressed elastic element instead of a conventional exposed pump tube, reducing routine maintenance in compact OEM equipment.
JSG18S, JSG18L and JSG18H cover 0.5–50, 0.5–200 and 0.5–400 mL/min. A suitable stepper driver enables reversible operation and speed-based flow adjustment.
Performance is based on pure-water testing. Confirm the liquid, tubing, pressure, lift, duty cycle and temperature before selection.
Core Selling Points of This Mini Peristaltic Pump
1. Tube-free structure — The enclosed elastic element replaces the conventional exposed pump tube.
2. Three flow ranges — Choose 0.5–50, 0.5–200 or 0.5–400 mL/min.
3. Reversible operation — A suitable stepper driver controls direction and motor speed.
4. Compact size — All models measure 60 × 54 × 41 mm and weigh 155 g.
5. Application validation — Final performance depends on the liquid and system conditions.

How Does This 24V Mini Peristaltic Pump Perform Under Real Load?
Pure-water tests show that flow falls as inlet vacuum or outlet pressure rises. Calibrate final flow with the actual liquid and complete fluid path.

What Are the Dimensions and Installation Details?
The pump measures 60 × 54 × 41 mm. Each port is 6.3 mm OD and 4 mm ID; use 5 or 5.5 mm ID soft tubing secured with clamps or cable ties. Mount the motor section only, do not clamp the pump head, and avoid ports facing upward. Add ≥100-mesh inlet filtration for hard or sharp particles and an outlet buffer when low-flow pulsation matters. Do not block the outlet; consult the manufacturer before prolonged operation above 2 bar.

Which Media and Materials Is This Mini Peristaltic Pump Compatible With?
The datasheet does not specify all wetted materials or compliance status. Confirm compatibility for the actual liquid, concentration and temperature.
| Medium | Status | Selection note |
|---|---|---|
| Clean water | Reference medium | Performance data uses pure water |
| Acid / alkali | Validation required | Confirm material compatibility |
| Alcohol / ozone-related liquid | Validation required | Confirm concentration and temperature |
| Sodium hypochlorite / brine | Validation required | Test the complete fluid path |
| Filtered wastewater / natural water | Conditional | Filter hard particles |
| Hard or sharp particles | Not suitable | May damage the elastic element |
| Above 60 °C | Not recommended | Specified range: 0–60 °C |
What Applications Is This 24V Mini Peristaltic Pump Suitable For?
1. Medical and laboratory analyzers — For OEM dosing, sampling and drainage after system validation.
2. Water-quality monitoring — For sampling and condensate drainage with suitable filtration.
3. Disinfection and chemical transfer — For validated liquids within the selected model’s flow range.
How Do I Choose the Right Version of This Mini Peristaltic Pump?
1. Choose JSG18S for low-flow dosing. Flow range: 0.5–50 mL/min.
2. Choose JSG18L for sampling and transfer. Flow range: 0.5–200 mL/min.
3. Choose JSG18H for higher-flow transfer. Flow range: 0.5–400 mL/min.
4. Match the driver. Confirm voltage, current, microstepping and temperature rise.
5. Validate the system. Test the actual liquid, tubing, pressure and duty cycle.
Practical Configuration Examples Using This Mini Peristaltic Pump
These examples are starting points only. Final speed and cycle time must be calibrated with the actual liquid and complete fluid path.
Configuration Example 1: COD Online Analyzer Reagent Dosing
A compact COD analyzer needs to dose a particle-free acidic reagent at 10 mL/min and 5 mL per cycle. Use JSG18S at an initial ~52 rpm, 24 V, with 30 s ON per dose, 5.0 mm ID chemically compatible tubing, clamps, suggested suction lift below 0.5 m and back pressure below 0.5 bar. A larger microstep setting and outlet damper help reduce low-flow pulse. The theoretical output is 5.0 mL/cycle; calibrate with the actual reagent and treat ≤5% deviation as an engineering target, not a guarantee.
Configuration Example 2: Sodium Hypochlorite Working-Solution Dosing
A disinfection module needs 150 mL/min and 50 mL per one-minute cycle at 20–30°C. Use JSG18L at an initial ~788 rpm, 24 V, with 20 s ON per 60 s cycle, 5.5 mm ID hypochlorite-compatible tubing, clamps, suggested suction lift below 1 m and back pressure below 0.5 bar. The theoretical output is 50 mL/cycle; verify concentration, material compatibility, flow drift and any reverse-purge sequence before production.
