Shenzhen Jingsuguang Technology Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures miniature air, vacuum, diaphragm, piston and liquid pumps for OEM equipment. Since 2003, our work has connected pump selection, mechanical integration, validation and controlled production around the customer’s real operating conditions.
Built Around the Real Working Point
A pump is only one part of an equipment system. Free-flow, maximum pressure and maximum vacuum are endpoint values; reliable selection depends on the required flow under load, tubing resistance, filters, valves, voltage, duty cycle, medium, noise target and installation space.
Our engineers review these conditions before recommending an existing BD/JSG pump platform or defining a customized configuration. Samples are then evaluated against agreed conditions before pilot production.

Engineering to Production in One Workflow
The objective is not simply to deliver a pump. It is to establish a controlled technical baseline that both engineering teams can verify and repeat.
Tooling Coordination and Injection Molding
For pump housings and project-specific plastic components, JSG coordinates product-structure review, tooling requirements, trial molding, molded-part inspection and production handover. Specific mold material, cavity count, ownership, maintenance and acceptance criteria are confirmed separately for each project.
Validation, Aging and Quality Control
Inspection and validation are defined against the approved product specification and project requirements. Equipment is selected for the parameter being checked; results must be interpreted together with voltage, load, tubing, medium and environmental conditions.

Controlled Production and Traceable Decisions
Before production, the approved model, drawing, electrical interface, performance conditions, label and packaging requirements are recorded. Sample revisions and engineering changes are tracked so both teams work from the same confirmed version.
For confidential projects, JSG can review and sign a customer NDA before protected drawings, application details or system data are exchanged.
