The pressure configurations listed below pair 11 L/min free flow with 2.5 bar maximum pressure, 15 L/min with 3.0 bar, or 20 L/min with 3.5 bar. These are separate configuration ratings, not a claim that free flow is delivered at maximum pressure. The JSG-04V/JSG-04VB vacuum specifications describe other configurations in the same family.
For a quotation, provide the required airflow at pressure, 12V or 24V supply, medium, on/off cycle, allowable installation space and annual quantity. Confirm the motor and control option for the exact model before sample approval.
Can this pump deliver 20 L/min at 3.5 bar?
No such working point is established by the endpoint ratings. Use the selected configuration’s flow-pressure curve and measure delivered airflow through your tubing, filters and valves.
How should OEM samples be approved?
Check flow, current, temperature, starting behavior and noise in the intended installation. Published family-level noise and life figures need their test conditions and model applicability confirmed; they are not a guarantee for every load or operating cycle.

JSG-04 Series Micro Diaphragm Pump Introduction
The JSG-04 series is a compact micro diaphragm gas pump platform designed for pressure and vacuum applications. Depending on the configuration, free flow ranges from 11 to 20 L/min, maximum pressure reaches 3.5 bar, and maximum vacuum reaches –80 kPa.
