JSG-07A Micro Piston Air Pump Overview
The JSG-07A series is a compact 12V or 24V micro piston air pump for OEM systems requiring 17–40 L/min airflow and 4.5–6.5 bar pressure. Brushed and brushless configurations are available for coffee machines, packaging equipment, disinfection devices, beauty equipment, and other pneumatic applications.
This micro piston air pump should be selected according to airflow at the actual working pressure, duty cycle, power, noise, temperature rise, installation space, and expected service life. Maximum free flow and maximum pressure are endpoint values and should not be treated as simultaneous operating conditions.

JSG-07 Model Differences and Working-Point Selection
JSG-07A identifies the brushed, positive-pressure version with a PPS pump head. The -M suffix identifies a metal pump head. JSG-07AB is the brushless positive-pressure version; JSG-07V and JSG-07VB identify the brushed and brushless vacuum versions respectively.
- JSG-07A / JSG-07A-M: brushed, positive pressure; PPS / metal head.
- JSG-07AB / JSG-07AB-M: brushless, positive pressure; PPS / metal head.
- JSG-07V / JSG-07V-M: brushed, vacuum; PPS / metal head.
- JSG-07VB / JSG-07VB-M: brushless, vacuum; PPS / metal head.
The series options above describe different configurations, not one interchangeable specification. In particular, the performance options listed for JSG-07A-M / JSG-07AB-M must not be assumed to apply to the PPS-head JSG-07A. Confirm the complete model, voltage and performance configuration against its matching specification and curve. Maximum free flow and maximum pressure or vacuum are separate endpoints.
For selection, provide the required flow at your working pressure or vacuum, medium, 12 V or 24 V supply, on/off cycle and installation conditions. These versions are intended for clean air or compatible clean gases, not direct liquid pumping. See our micro pump selection guide for the information to prepare.
Pre-Shipment Inspection and Batch Burn-in Testing
Every pump receives a parameter inspection before shipment (100% unit inspection). During batch production, burn-in testing is performed on sampled units. Individual parameter inspection and sampled batch burn-in are separate quality-control steps.
Internal testing includes both 12 V and 24 V versions. In the reported test program, pumps are started at the beginning of the working day and switched off at the end. Testing is repeated under different pressure conditions, with unloaded operation accounting for the longest accumulated running time.
Operating hours are recorded as cumulative runtime. The 1,000-hour brushed and 3,000-hour brushless references on this page should be read in this context, not as uninterrupted 24/7 operation or a guaranteed lifetime under every load. Actual service life depends on the customer’s pressure or vacuum load, run/stop schedule, temperature, medium and installation. Internal test schedules do not establish a continuous-duty rating for the customer’s equipment; the permitted operating cycle must be confirmed for the selected model and working point.

Request Samples for Validation in Your Equipment
Samples can be evaluated in the customer’s actual equipment for flow, pressure or vacuum, temperature rise, noise, vibration and the required operating cycle. Test with the intended power supply, tubing, filters, valves, mounting and enclosure so the results reflect the real installation.
Send the target working point, operating cycle, available space and sample quantity. We will discuss the appropriate configuration and sample arrangement through your inquiry. Our sample validation checklist can help structure the evaluation.
